By accessing or using AdBurst.in (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdBurst.in provides a platform for discovering and researching Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising interest targeting keywords. The Service includes:

• Search functionality for interest keywords
• Audience size data and categorization
• Collection management tools
• Export capabilities (for paid subscribers)

3. User Accounts

Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Account Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One account per user.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Tier

• Limited to 10 searches per day
• Up to 20 results per search
• 3 collections maximum
• 50 items per collection

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Refunds for annual plans may be prorated at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Resell or redistribute data without authorization
• Upload malicious code or viruses

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AdBurst.in and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You retain ownership of your account data and collections.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results from using the Service
• Compatibility with Meta's advertising platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.
